Grilled Goodness with Johnsonville

I received a free coupon for Johnsonville Grillers from Crowdtap for review purposes. I was reluctant to try then once in the store because they only had pork, although I thought they were available  in turkey. But once I tried them,  the no pork idea went right out the window. I tried the mushroom and swiss and they were beyond delicious. We haven't had a chance to grill out yet, so I used the George Foreman grill. I entered grilled bliss in a matter of minutes. The savory mushroom smell filled the air and the swiss could be seen oozing minutes before it was done. I debated for a few minutes on rather to add mayo or ranch... Mayo was the choice. It was a great burger. Swiss, mushroom, mayo and a pickle  on the side.... ummmm ummmm good 😆

Pain Free with Advil

I received a  #Free Sample of #Advil from #Crowdtap in exchange for my review. While I am not one to take pain medication on a regular basis, I was excited to try the #Advil at this time. During the beginning of the spring season, I am often plagued by severe headaches and pain caused by sinus pressure. During this time, I am usually experiencing difficulty with my early morning jogs and evening workouts. I am pleased to say that the past week has been amazingly pleasant. I have not been experiencing my usual pains and aches for an extended period of time. On the mornings that I have awaken with sinus aches and pains, I have looked to Advil for relief. Two Advil and a hot shower in the mornings leaves me pain free and energized to complete my morning routines. Last week after driving for over 10 hours, I was having slight back pain as well as a slight headache. Feeling almost defeated and running the risk of not being able to enjoy my planned hike with friends, I looked to Advil for relief. Needless to say after taking 2 Advil, a hot shower, and a short nap, my aches and pains were nonexistent.

 I have been very pleased with the results I have experienced with Advil and have recommended it to many of my friends. Live pain free and comfortably with #Advil.

Degree Motion Sense Dry Spray-Review

I received a complimentary bottle of Degree Women's Motion Sense dry spray deodorant from Influenster for testing purposes. As strange as it may sound, I am always seeking out new products in the deodorant department. When I received the invitation to review this product, I was more than excited. For reasons unknown, I always need and prefer a strong and effective deodorant. My body chemistry usually only allows for me to use one product consistently for a short period of time. In most cases after a couple of months with any deodorant, I have to switch to something else. I was a little hesitant about this particular product because it is a spray. In the past I have had little success with aerosol/spray deodorants. Unfortunately, my hesitation with this product was correct. While it does provide protection, for me, it was not as long lasting as I had hoped or needed. On a positive note, it was very effective in keeping me dry during an extensive workout, which was a little over an hour. But as for protection throughout the day, I can not say that I was 100 % confident in going the entire day without freshening up and reapplication. I am sure that this would not be the typical result for others, but it was however my experience. I would still recommend this product because it is a dry spray, which means no worries about wetness and stains on your shirt. The scent is awesome, which is always a plus. Not quite the product for me, but I am sure it will work wonders for others.

Listerine Healthy White Vibrant- Crowdtap Review

I received a free, full sized bottle of Listerine Healthy White Vibrant Mouthwash from Crowdtap in exchange for my review. I have tried similar products in the past that offer the same benefits indicated by Listerine for this product. The most important claim for me is the amount of time it professes to see real results which in this case is 5 days. Always eager to try new products and test their effectiveness, this mission was no different. I was excited to receive the product in the mail and used it almost immediately.

As shown in the photo, you will see a "whiter smile" in 5 days. Since the product claims to yield a result in a specific time frame, I wanted to see if this would indeed be the case. I was anxious however to see what the flavor and  taste would be like. In my mind, a product that claims to work in such a short amount of time, must have strong and harsh chemicals to achieve the desired result.  Upon initial contact, I could taste a light peroxide flavor, yet it was not overbearing. Along with the peroxide I could also taste a mild and refreshing mint flavor. My husband, who tried it with me at the same time, felt that the peroxide was very overbearing, indicating that he tasted that more than anything. I however disagree, the peroxide could be detected but barely, in my opinion. Once the mouthwash made contact, we both immediately noticed that the product appeared to attach itself to the plaque almost instantly. Small bubbles could be seen around the plaque and remained there until we rinsed our mouths. We used the product for the 5 days as indicated (and continue to use), but took photos on day 7 actually. We were very pleased with our results and plan to keep this brand for a while. It has proven to be very effective in whitening teeth, even with tough plaque issues. Video Marketing Course Review

A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to take a course free of charge in exchange for my review. The course was accessed through Udemy. Video Marketing: Learn DSLR Video and  Start Making Money is a self paced 4 hour course that will teach you a little history behind the camera, terminology, and how to effectively make money without going broke with HD videos. Jonathan Acosta, the instructor was very thorough in presenting the information. Immediately when you access the course he introduces himself, states his credentials, background, and experience. This was very important for me, because it gives me a little more assurance that he is a credible source. He is very personable in the video course and speaks directly to the student. Each lesson provides insight and solutions to many variables for beginners. To reiterate the information and gauge how much of the information is being understood, there are quizzes after the lessons. This course not only provides instructional information, but includes live interviews with a few industry pros to gain even more insight from other credible sources. Although this course was over and beyond what I was looking for, I gained some very good insight and a few tips to improve on making quality videos for my reviews. For those who have a passion for working behind the camera and are stuck with figuring how to effectively do so, this course is definitely for you. The greatest part is that this is self paced and you can go back and review as often as you like.  There is a great opportunity to make HD videos on a budget with out sacrificing  the quality. Total Tea Review

I absolutely love this tea! I received a complimentary package of tea for review purposes. The tea arrived within 2 days and I made a cup immediately. Besides water, tea is about the only thing I drink.  I look for a mild flavor, with minimum bitterness in any teas I try.  The Total Tea has a great citrus flavor that you can drink without adding a sweetener. It is suggested that you steep the tea for 8-10 minutes, which only enhances the flavor. The great thing about the tea is that the taste is so mild that it can be enjoyed either hot or cold. It definitely works as a gentle detox, as I have been seeing results daily. I  drank the tea once daily for the 10 days and experienced positive results. This tea works as a great cleanse, has a great tasting flavor,and is caffeine free. Within the first day of using the tea I noticed that it was working. This tea is effective for detoxing and weight loss. It is not suggested for long term continuous use, so 10 days seemed to be an ideal time for use. Fights against bloating, After drinking the tea for the 10 day period I noticed clearness in my skin from the toxins that were released during the time of use. It is also suggested that this tea is effective in fighting belly fat, not sure if I decreased any belly fat, however I did lose about 1 1/2 inches off of my waist. I plan to do another 10 day cycle just to continue to release any toxins from my body. I will definitely be purchasing the tea in the near future. The 24 pack box is ideal for 2 or 3 different cleansing cycles, depending on the number of days you choose to use. Try Total Tea  the results are amazing.

A Party With Garnier

My latest mission from Crowdtap is the Garnier Host a Party. I received a large kit that included 11 bottles of Garnier Brightening and Smoothing Daily Moisture, 8 bottles of Regular Micellar Cleansing Water, 2 bottles of Waterproof Micellar Cleansing Water, cotton pads, and a Visa gift card for party favors. I was amazed at just how many of my friends I would be able to share these with while having a good time. I decided to have my party at work, since my schedule has been super busy lately. In total there were 6 of us in attendance. Everyone was excited to  try the products and gave rave reviews about their results. Unfortunately we had one co-worker who has an allergy to makeup so she did not participate, but still was interested in the product for her daughter. Makeup removal with both of the waters, regular and waterproof worked pretty well. For me the regular Micellar Cleansing Water required a larger amount to use for complete removal of my makeup. The Waterproof Cleansing Water seemed to work a lot more effectively. However, none of my guest made this observation.

                                           

Garnier Brighter Brightening &Smoothing Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 is very refreshing. We all shared the same opinion of the moisturizer. It has a very soft and mild scent that is not overpowering. It takes only a small amount to provide coverage. Since receiving the products a few weeks ago I have been using both products as a daily regimen. During the winter months I experience drier skin. Over the past few weeks I have noticed that my skin has been very smooth and moisturized. Where I would usually be applying more lotion or face cream throughout the day, this has not been the case. Being that the Micellar Water is a cleanser and not just a makeup remover, I have found that using both products twice a day has been a very effective. Smooth dry skin with less hassle. The moisturizer has been  hit with all of my coworkers. All of them have expressed how much they are loving the moisturizer since the party. One of my older coworkers even says that she has been wearing makeup more often just to have a reason to  use her Micellar water. I think the Garnier Host a Party event was a great idea. It helped introduce a new product, but it also helped with setting a goal of paying more attention to ourselves. A New Year, with a New Skin Regimen.

BioTemper Pain Relief- Review

I received a complimentary bottle of #BioTemp in exchange for my review. Biotemp is herbal pain relief in a bottle. The product contains no aspirin, ibuprofen, or nsaids. With a roll on applicator it is easy to use. My husband used this product for constant knee pain that he has been experiencing. According to the instructions for use, the product should be used no more than 4 times daily. Though in a roll on applicator bottle, the instructions indicate that it is not  to be used in a circular motion. He used the product for 3 days and applied it the maximum amount of times each day. While he did report some relief, it was very temporary. After each application, the pain was gone in about 10 minutes, however, the pain returned after about an hour. This was consistent each day and after the third day he chose to discontinue use. 

Along with the fact that the relief experienced was short term, the product also had a very strong scent, perhaps a little stronger than other regular pain relief products similar to this one. That was one of the down sides to using this product. The scent was so strong that it was somewhat overpowering. This product may have been a little better if the pain relief had been as overpowering as the scent. While the product does indicate that it is for long term relief, more than one hour was expected. According to the label this product is for the relief of arthritis, back pain, bruises, sore muscles and sports sprains. Would I recommend this product?  I would suggest this product for very minor pain, not severe pain. Biotemper is best suited for an individual suffering from minor pain and strains.

A BzzReview of Tropicana C+Z

As a member of BzzAgent  I get the opportunity to test numerous products for #Free in exchange for my opinions/review. Tropicana Vitamin C and Zinc is one of my most recent trials. It arrived via UPS in refrigerated packaging. It was like being delivered directly from my local grocer.

In its packaging, I could try it immediately from the box and enjoy a nice cold glass of orange juice. As tempting as it was, I  decided to wait and serve it up with breakfast the following day. The juice was a hit with my family and was almost gone before breakfast was complete. What I loved the most about this product is there is #NoSugarAdded. Trying to remain consistent with a somewhat healthy lifestyle  (it is a struggle sometimes) this is a great option. Not only is there #NoSugarAdded, it contains 3x's the vitamin C in other orange juice and also contains #zinc. After purchasing a new bottle, I'm keeping this one to myself. My week of clean eating and making healthy choices has started off great! My morning fruit and veggie smoothie accompanied by a glass of Tropicana Vitamin C and Zinc has set the pace for a successful week.

Sport-It Leggings-Review

The Sport-It Capri Leggings with the waistband pocket are great for working out. I received this product for free in exchange for my opinion and review. With a material that is 73% polyester and 27% Spandex they are very comfortable and provided a tight, yet relaxed fit. This particular style of Capri Leggings featured a waistband pocket. This pocket offers the convenience of placing a few items inside and out of the way during your workout. I personally found this to be very useful and effective. While I have used or worn similar leggings, the Sport-It brand seems to differ slightly. For starters, the waistband pocket is larger than most that I have come across. The depth and width of the waistband pocket made it easy for me to not only store my keys during my workout, but my phone as well. I particularly like that I was able to also place my phone in the pocket because I use my phone to monitor my steps and calorie burn through an app on my phone. In the past I would have to either wear a jacket or hoodie to secure my phone on my person or take the risk of clipping it to my waist for accurate tracking. With the convenient and roomy waistband pocket on the Sport-It Capri Leggings, I don't have to worry about wearing extra clothes or the risk of my phone falling to ground during activity. The leggings fit true to size and give the feel of a compression legging, which makes these even more desirable. I will definitely be purchasing another pair to add to my workout gear.
